Yes, you can upgrade your Care Plan (e.g., from Basic to Professional or Enterprise) at any time as your business operations grow or if you require more technical support hours for site modifications.

To downgrade your plan, we simply require a 30-day written notice to appropriately scale down and adjust our dedicated server and team resources.

The technical support hours included in the Professional and Enterprise plans are reserved for minor layout adjustments, content updates, copywriting tweaks, speed optimizations, or technical SEO consultations.

These hours do not roll over from month to month. This guarantees that we prioritize and allocate dedicated time for your business in our weekly schedule, ensuring prompt delivery of your requests.

For critical emergencies (such as a website outage, broken checkout flow, or security compromise), our Professional and Enterprise clients have access to priority support channels via WhatsApp and email.

We guarantee a response and resolution window of less than 12 hours for the Professional plan and less than 4 to 8 hours for the Enterprise plan, including weekends for high-severity issues.
